The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Middletown fell by $16,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,500 - a 40.5% decrease over the $39,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Middletown in the second quarter of 2020.
