Median home prices in Lincoln fell to $82,950 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Lincoln fell by $1,050 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,950 - a 1.3% decrease over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Lincoln in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
