Pricing for the median home in Mount Pulaski increased during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Mount Pulaski rose by $15,450 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,950 - a 20.7% increase over the $74,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mount Pulaski in the third quarter of 2019, as well.
