How did home prices perform in Mount Pulaski during the third quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Mount Pulaski fell by $1,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $76,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mount Pulaski in the third quarter of 2018.
