1. Approval to Adjust Salary for Marla Pisarek whose current title is Data Coder effective 11/15/21 with an increase from $16.25 to $21.75 per hour- salary is 100% covered by grant funding.
2. Purchase Order-Judicial Systems Inc-telephone support & software upgrade at a cost of $7,019.
3. Purchase Order-Judicial Systems Inc-new telephone system software at a cost of $9,900.
Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser
1. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Dr. Philip Pan for forensic exams at a cost of $40,000.
2. Purchase Order-Killian & Associates, SC for forensic exams at a cost of $10,000.
Circuit Clerk - Paul Palazzolo/David Durall
1. Approval for an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Pawnee for digiTICKET.
2. Approval to Hire a Part Time Records Clerk at an hourly salary of $12.8005 effective 11/15/21. The previous employee's termination date was 10/1/21 and last paycheck in that position was 10/15/21. (employee moved into a full-time position)
3. Approval to Hire a Seasonal Clerk at an hourly salary of $11.00 effective 11/15/21. The previous employee's termination date was 7/17/20 and last paycheck date was 7/24/20.

State's Attorney - Dan Wright
1. Approval to Adjust Salary for Amber Calvert whose current title is Victim Witness Advocate effective 12/1/21 with an increase in salary from $35,179 to $40,000.
2. Approval to Adjust Salary & Promote Stephanie Berry to Senior Legal Secretary effective 12/13/21 with an increase in salary from $38,732 to $40,669.
3. Approval to Adjust Salary for Joel Benoit whose current title is ASA-Chief Civil Division effective 12/1/21 with an increase in salary from $100,000 to $110,000.
4. Approval to Adjust Salary for Dan Mosher whose current title is Senior ASA-Civil Division effective 12/1/21 with an increase in salary from $78,204 to $85,000.
5. Approval to Adjust Salary & promote Meghan McCarthy from ASA Level 2 to ASA Level 3 effective 12/1/21 with an increase in salary from $56,375 to $66,885.
6. Approval to Adjust Salary for Steven Perbix whose current title is Senior ASA effective 12/1/21 with an increase in salary from $69,972 to $77,500. Pre-Travel Approval for State's Attorney Dan Wright to attend the Illinois States' Attorney's Association Winter Conference & Training from 12/1-3, 2021 in Oakbrook, IL for a total cost of $1,060.75.

The previous employee's termination date was 10/28/2021 and last paycheck date will be 11/12/21. Requesting a waiver of the 30 day lag-100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.
