Village of Chatham Village Board met Nov. 1.

A. Notice of Special Meeting of the Village Board Monday November 1, 2021 at 6:15 p.m.

B. Call to Order

Village President Kimsey called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm.

Present: Trustee Mau; Trustee Ferguson; Trustee Chairo; Trustee Detmers; Trustee Gerger; Trustee Scherschel; Village of President Kimsey

Absent: No one

Others present: Village Manager McCarthy; Village Attorney Moredock; Village Clerk Holden

4. Public Announcements: If you have a Public announcement you must email it to (publiccomments@chathamil.net) at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled meeting.

There were no public announcements.

5. Public Comments Agenda Topics: If you have a Public Comments on Agenda Topics you must email it to (publiccomments@chathamil.net) at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled meeting.

There were no public comments on agenda topics.

C. Old Business

There was no Old Business discussed at this meeting.

D. New Business

1. An Ordinance Approving the Purchase of Real Property by the Village of Chatham

Trustee Mau made a motion to place this ordinance on the table for discussion. Trustee Chiaro seconded the motion. The motion passed with a 6-0 vote. The vote was as follows: Trustee Mau - yes; Trustee - Ferguson - yes; Trustee Chiaro - yes; Trustee Detmers - yes; Trustee Gerger - yes; Trustee Scherschel - yes.

2. Public Comments Village Business: If you have a Public Comments on Village Business you must email it to (publiccomments@chathamil.net) at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the scheduled meeting.

There were no public comments regarding Village business.

1. Adjournment

Trustee Mau made a motion to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded by Trustee Chiaro. By an affirmative voice vote of the members, the motion passed, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:19 pm.
