Douglas Auer sells 630 Fourth St., Lincoln

The one bedroom home at 630 Fourth St., Lincoln was sold on Aug. 13 by Douglas Auer for $40,000. The buyer was David McLane.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,235.86, 3.09% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 4, 2010 for $25,000.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Lincoln.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Wilma J Auer, 88, was the only registered voter residing at 630 Fourth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
