August 2021: Lincoln experienced a 15.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Lincoln fell by $14,100 while total sales increased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,900 - a 15.2% decrease over the $93,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Lincoln in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
