How did home prices perform in Atlanta during July 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Atlanta rose by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,500 - a 81.9% increase over the $36,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Atlanta in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Atlanta for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,913, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
