Lincoln home prices rose in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Lincoln rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 94.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lincoln in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
