The third quarter of 2021: Middletown experienced a 71.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Middletown fell by $35,450 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $14,000 - a 71.7% decrease over the $49,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Middletown in the third quarter of 2020.
