On Dec. 9, McCormick Rental Properties LLC purchased a one bedroom home at 303 N. Marion St., Mount Pulaski from Cortney Phillips for $40,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,309.86, 3.27% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $45,000 on March 3, 2020.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Mount Pulaski as of this publication.
