Home prices increased in Lincoln during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Lincoln rose by $11,380 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 15.1% increase over the $75,120 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Lincoln in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
