November 2021: Home prices in Lincoln increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Lincoln rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 26.7% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Lincoln in November 2020.
