Sangamon County Election Oversight Committee met May 10.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

1. Purchase Order-Platinum Technology Resource for 2022 on line portal for public voter registration website BM tracking at a cost of $4,250. 

2. Purchase Order-Platinum Technology Resource for 2022 cyber security monitoring of the voter registration system at a cost of $5,760. 

3. Purchase Order-Platinum Technology Resource for Voter Registration System Update Permanent Vote By Mail at a cost of $12,109.41. 

4. Purchase Order-Platinum Technology Resource for applications to vote for 2022 primary & general elections at a cost of $15,200.

5. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Frank Farley dba Quicksilver Mailing Service for mailing ballots for 2022 primary & general elections at a cost of $43,450.

6. Purchase Order-Illinois Office Supply for various election envelopes & forms at a cost of $4,000. 

7. Purchase Order-Modern Mailing & Printing Service for election judge manuals-printing & assembly at a cost of $4,925.

8. Purchase Order-Penske Truck Leasing Company for truck rental for the 2022 primary & general elections at a cost of $11,000.

9. Approval to Hire a Deputy Clerk ll at an annual salary of $37,000 effective 5/15/22. The previous employee's termination date was 4/8/22 and last paycheck date was 4/15/22. 

10. Approval to Promote & Adjust Salary for Drew McKinney. Her salary will change from $32,436.11 to $37,436.11 effective 5/11/22 and title will be Deputy Clerk II. 

11. Approval to Hire a Deputy Clerk at an annual salary of $31,936.13 effective 6/27/22. The previous employee's termination date is 5/13/22 and last paycheck will be 5/27/22. 

12. Resolution approving the change of office hours for the County Clerk's Office.
