BUDGET MEETING
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rick Snyder called the City Council to order at 7:07 p.m.
II. PRELIMINARY MATTERS
A. Members present were Mayor Rick Snyder, Aldermen Andrew Gain, Bruce Gorman, Rick Sonnemaker,
Rick Sonnemaker, and Mike Allison. Also present were, Treasurer David Frick and City Clerk Ken Ortman. Alderman Nathan Grosboll and Heidi Hiser were absent.
III. Budget Discussion
A. General discussion of parts of the Budget not yet discussed General, Street Lighting Special Levy, Fire Dept Special Levy, Police Dept Special Levy, Audit Special Levy, Liability Special Levy, Social Security Tax, Civil Defense Fund, Senior Citizen Center, Fire Department Reserve, Water & Sewer Bond & Interest-Water, Water & Sewer Bond & Interest-Sewer, Water & Sewer Repair & Replace-Water, Water & Sewer Repair & Replace-Sewer, Customer Utility Deposits, Petersburg Grants Fund, TIFF Fund, CIEG Fund, Business Tax Fund,
Alderman Hiser arrived at 7:29 p.m.
XII. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Alderman Gain and seconded by Alderman Allison to adjourn the meeting. VOTES: Hiser, yes; Gain, yes; Gorman, yes; Allison, yes; Sonnemaker, yes. Mayor Snyder declared the
MOTION CARRIED.
