City of Petersburg City Council met April 25

SPECIAL MEETING
I. CALL TO ORDER
Clerk Ken Ortman called the City Council to order at 6:55 p.m.
II. PRELIMINARY MATTERS
A. Members present were, Aldermen, Andrew Gain, Bruce Gorman, Rick Sonnemaker, and Mike Allison. Also present were City Clerk Ken Ortman, Treasurer David Frick. Mayor Rick Snyder, Alderman Heidi Hiser and Nathan Grosboll Were absent.
III. HEARING OF CITIZENS
None
IV. CITY CLERK
A. The City Clerk presented the list of roads and estimated dollar amounts by the City Engineers to use for the 2023 MFT bids. A motion made by Alderman Gorman seconded by Alderman Allison to approve the PETERSBURG 2023 MFT STREET MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING OPINION OF COST OPTION 2 AND TO APPROVE THE ENGINEERS TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS. VOTES: Gorman, yes; Gain, yes; Allison, yes; Sonnemaker, yes. MOTION CARRIED.
XII. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Alderman Gorman and seconded by Alderman Gain to adjourn the meeting. VOTES: Gorman, yes; Gain, yes; Allison, yes; Sonnemaker, yes. MOTION CARRIED. Meeting Adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
