There were 940 white students enrolled in Athens Community Unit School District 213 in the 2021-22 school year, 2.6% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Athens Community Unit School District 213 welcomed 1,120 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 91.8% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.
