      a. Resolution approving the purchase of a rubber tire wheel loader for FY2024. 

6. Committee Approvals. 

      a. Approval of an on-call services agreement with WSP USA Inc. for traffic engineering and traffic signal  services. 

      b. Approval of a repair quote from Clevenger Contractors, Inc. for a guardrail repair on CH 43 (East Lake  Shore Drive). 

      c. Approval of a repair quote from Springfield Overhead Doors, Inc. for the replacement of 4 springs on  existing door.
