New Business 

Heartland Housed-Josh Sabo 

LLWA-Sarah Graham & Charlie Stratton 

      1. Approval to hire a replacement Executive Director at an annual salary of $86,110 effective 1/2/24; the previous employee will leave the position at an annual salary of $86,874.84 on 12/22/23 and will leave the payroll system on 1/5/24. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 

      2. Approval to submit an RFP for youth contracts(no more than $465,000) 

      3. Approval to submit an RFP for procurement for a One-Stop Operator ($8,000) 

Community Resources-Dave MacDonna 

      1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the Finance Committee for acceptance of the DCEO Liheap-HHS Grant with anticipated grant revenue of $1,829,451; matching funds not required 

      2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the Finance Committee for acceptance of the DCEO Weatherization Grant with anticipated grant revenue of $422,294; matching funds not required.
