Sangamon County Board Road and Bridge Committee met March 27.

5. Approval of Resolutions & Ordinances. 

a. Resolution approving a joint funding agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for a project on  Oak Crest Road in Clear Lake Township. 

b. Resolution approving the County Engineer to submit an order for Bulk Rock Salt to the State of Illinois  Central Management Services Joint Purchase Program.

6. Committee Approvals. 

a. Approval for a purchase order in the amount of $15,000 to Cummins Engineering Corporation for a  Preliminary Engineering Supplement on the Oak Crest Road Bridge project in Clear Lake Township.

b. Approval for a purchase order in the amount of $38,622 to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. for a Preliminary  Engineering Supplement on the Cascade Road Bridge project in Cotton Hill Township. 

c. Pre-Travel Approval for County Engineer Brian Davis to attend Spring Illinois Association of County  Engineers Conference in Bloomington, Illinois. 

d. Approval to dispose of 2009 International Single Axle Dump, 2004 Cat Wheel Loader and 2013 Batwing  mower deck.
