The Illinois College women's track and field team has been recognized as one of the All-Academic Teams for the 2024 NCAA Division III Women's Track & Field season by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The Lady Blues concluded the academic year with a team GPA of 3.1281.

To qualify for this honor, teams must meet specific criteria, including maintaining a cumulative team GPA of at least 3.1 on a 4.0 scale through the most recent semester or quarter. The GPA is calculated by totaling the cumulative number of semester or quarter hours earned and dividing it by the cumulative number of quality points (GPA multiplied by credit hours) earned by all student-athletes who used a season of eligibility, including the most recent grading period. Institutions using a different GPA scale must convert to a 4.0 scale using a standard conversion method, and data must be certified by the institution's registrar.

Graduate students' coursework is also included in this calculation.
