New Business 

Information Systems, Kim Jackson 

1. Purchase Order-LeadsOnline LLC for FY24 ISD Maintenance-SHR Cellhawk Renewal in the amount of $5,402. 

2. Purchase Order-SOE Software Corporation for FY24 GIS Soe Software Corporation SCYTL in the amount of $12,900. 

3. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-ESRI for FY24 GIS ESRI 3 year renewal 9/18/24 to 9/18/27 in the amount of $537,300. 

4. Pre-Travel Approval for Michaela Vahling, Systems Analyst I, to attend the Illinois Association of Court Clerks Conference in Champaign, IL from 8/28-8/30/24 in the amount of $531.12. 

5. Approve temporary assignment pay for Susan Bachman, Network Analyst II effective 7/1/24. Her salary will change from $74,739.52 to $85,000.

Kind Consulting, Sara Jimenez 

1. ALPLM Exhibit Art-Artwork agreement with Kameron Gates in the amount of $15,000 plus up to $750 for supplies. 

Building & Grounds, Byron Deaner 

1. Approve professional services for JH Petty & Associates for Sangamon East Signage Master Plan and sign details in the amount of $3,979.50
