1. Approval to hire a replacement Technical Resource Specialist at an annual salary of $36,412.35 effective 9/11/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/25/24 at an annual salary of $36,412.35 and left the payroll system on 8/2/24. 

Heartland Housed, Josh Sabo 

1. Approval to hire a System Support Administrator at an annual salary range of $49,515- $59,418 effective 9/24/24. This is a new position. 

Office of Emergency Management, Bill Lee 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency-Office Homeland Security for the FY24 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) in the amount of $109,439. This is a renewal and matching funds are required. 

Regional Planning, Molly Berns 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Associate Planner - Transportation at an annual salary range of $32,191-$49,583 on or after 10/4/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/23/24 at an annual salary of $45,000 and left the payroll system on 8/30/24. 

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of PY2025 Springfield Area Transportation Study Grant in the amount of $910,734.80. This s a renewal and matching funds are required.

Veterans Assistance Commission, Ashti Dawson 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Administrative Assistant at an annual salary of up to $41,507 effective 9/11/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/9/24 at an annual salary of $34,000.01 and left the payroll system on 8/16/24. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 

Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser 

1. Approval to hire an Assistant Public Defender III at an annual salary of up to $83,747 effective 9/15/24. 

Circuit Clerk - Joe Roesch/Paula Crouch/Erin Tozer 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Court Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 9/16/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/5/24 at an annual salary of $36,929.11 and left the payroll system on 8/16/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Court Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/19/24 at an annual salary of $36,929.11 and left the payroll system on 8/30/24. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Court Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/25/24 at an annual salary of $36,929.11 and left the payroll system on 8/30/24.

State's Attorney – John Milhiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State's Attorney Level 1 at an annual salary range of $62,400-68,045 effective on or after 9/12/24; the previous employee was promoted on 8/12/24 and left the position on at an annual salary of $64,000. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Lead Worker at an annual salary of up to $35,000 effective on or after 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/15/24 at an annual salary of $33,300 and left the payroll system on 8/30/24.

Court Services – Kent Holsopple 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Detention Shift Supervisor at an annual salary range of $72,343-82,850 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/23/24 at an annual salary of $72,612 and left the payroll system on 8/30/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Detention Officer at an annual salary of $47,117 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/18/24 at an annual salary of $49,433 and left the payroll system on 8/30/24. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Detention Officer at an annual salary of $47,117 effective 10/14/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/26/24 at an annual salary of $47,117 and will leave the payroll system on 9/13/24. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $47,117 effective 9/23/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/26/24 at an annual salary of $47,117 and left the payroll system on 8/2/24.

1. Resolution Adopting the Sangamon Menard Area Regional Transit Subrecipient & Policy on Reasonable Modification.

County Board Administration - Brian McFadden 

1. Resolution Establishing the Massey Commission 

2. Resolution to enter into an agreement with Vector Communications for an amount not to exceed $21,000 over a 12 month period for consulting services. 

3. Resolution to enter into an agreement with KIND Consulting for an amount not to exceed $57,600 for a 12 month period. 

4. Resolution to execute a contract with Sustainable Food Institute of America on a 2 year pilot program at Illinois Presbyterian Home for an amount not to exceed $100,000.
