The Illinois College women's golf team participated in the Midwest Region Classic at Brighton Dale Links in Kansasville, Wisconsin. The event was hosted by Benedictine University. The Lady Blues finished tied for 19th place among 33 teams.
The team recorded an opening round score of 339, with Kate Burr leading with a score of 81. In the final round, they posted a score of 355.
Kate Burr led Illinois College with rounds of 81 and 86. Katie Mae Milhiser completed the tournament at +30 with rounds of 86 and 88. Shelby Seiler and Emily Guest also contributed to the team's overall score.
Next, the Lady Blues will compete in their home tournament, the Illinois College Country Club Classic, on Monday, September 30th. The tournament will begin at 8:00 AM.
