The Illinois College women's cross country team participated in the Midwest Conference Championship at the Grinnell College Golf Course in Grinnell, Iowa. Three athletes represented the Lady Blues in the competition held on Saturday.

Kairy Mercado-Ramos was the leading performer for Illinois College, completing her race with a time of 27:02.87 and securing 50th place overall. Claire Peters followed with a time of 28:33.66, finishing in 70th position. Morgan Carrino completed her run in 30:13.90, earning her 84th place.
