The Illinois College men's and women's tennis teams competed against the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP) on Tuesday night in Jacksonville, Illinois. The women's team secured a victory with a score of 6-3, while the men's team was defeated 2-7.

For the Lady Blues, Hannah Lueke and Shya Prescott achieved success in No. 2 doubles with a score of 9-7. In singles matches, Lily Ingram won at No. 3 singles with scores of 6-0, 6-0, and Mikayla Haloftis triumphed at No. 4 singles with scores of 6-0, 6-1.

The Blueboys' efforts were highlighted by Kyler Kantor's performance in a close match at No. 4 singles and Jovan Norris's competitive play at No. 5 singles.

With this match concluding their Fall season, the Blueboys will resume competition in the Spring. Meanwhile, the Lady Blues are set to face Coe College on Friday, October 7th at 4:00 PM.
