The Illinois College women's soccer team has had two of its players recognized on the All-Midwest Conference teams, as announced by the league. Haley Sommer, a senior from Superior, Colorado, earned a spot on the first team. She led the Lady Blues in goals with 11, accumulated 23 points, and took 77 shots this season. Her performance has secured her place as the program's all-time leader in shots while finishing second in career goals and points, and tying for fourth in career assists.

Olivia Ralston, a junior from Columbus, Ohio, was named to the second team. During the season, she scored three goals and provided a team-high five assists for a total of 11 points. Ralston was also second on the team with 52 shots.

The Lady Blues ended their 2024 season with an overall record of 10-6-3 and a conference record of 2-4-2. This marked only the second time in program history that they achieved double-digit victories in a single season.
