b. Resolution removing the Seasonal Weight Limits on Sangamon County Highways. 

c. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for county engineer salary and expenses. 

d. Resolution approving an Agreement between Sangamon County and the Illinois Department of Transportation to transfer Surface Transportation Program Funds for State Funds.

a. Approval to dispose of the following items via auction 

i. #47 - Rice Trailer 

ii. #27-2012 Ford F-250 134,000 miles

iii. #112-2012 Ford F-250 115,000 miles 

iv. #132-2011 Ford F-150 142,000 miles

b. Pre-travel approval for County Engineer Davis to attend the 111th Annual Transportation and Highway Engineering Conference at the University of Illinois March 4-5, 2025. 

c. Pre-travel approval for Assistant County Engineer Williams to attend the 111th Annual Transportation and Highway Engineering Conference at the University of Illinois March 4-5, 2025. 

d. Pre-travel approval for County Engineer Davis to attend the National Association of County Engineers Conference in Schaumburg, IL April 14-17, 2025. 

e. Approval to Hire Maintainer. 

f. Approval to Hire Senior Field Resident and Bridge Inspection Technician. 

g. Approval of a contract with Samsara for in-cab cameras on Highway Department vehicles.
