1. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Sergeant at an annual salary range of $74,891.19-116,556.08 effective 1/29/25; the previous employee was promoted on 12/9/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $106,986.62. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant Superintendent-Jail at an annual salary range of $97,923 effective 2/3/25; the previous employee left the position on 12/27/2024 at an annual salary of $97,923 and left the payroll on 1/3/25. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 2/3/25; the previous employee was promoted on 11/12/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $60,497. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 2/3/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/11/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll on 1/19/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 3/4/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/22/24 at an annual salary of $44,256 and left the payroll on 2/2/24.

9. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $62,103.75-$64,845.04 effective 2/17/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/10/25 at an annual salary of $85,533.42 and left the payroll on 1/17/25. 

10. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $62,103.75-$64,845.04 effective 2/17/25; the previous employee left the position on 12/31/24 at an annual salary of $66,867.54 and left the payroll on 1/17/25.

County Board Administration, Brian McFadden 

1. Resolution and Purchase Order-Springfield Sangamon Growth Alliance in the amount of $500,000 for annual membership dues. 

2. Approve JH Petty & Associates for professional services for the Regional Office of Education Location in the amount of $5,224.

3. Purchase Order-Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce for Youth Job Fair in the amount of $5,000. 

4. Consulting Agreement with Suite 502 for the Massey Commission 

5. Consulting Agreement with Springfield Coalition on Dismantling Racism, NFP for the Massey Commission

County Board (Comptroller). Tim Eggleston 

1. Amendment to Office Supplies Agreement - Office Essentials, Inc-extend agreement for a period of three years ending December 31, 2027.

1. -Procurement/Grant Notifications (Report Only) (TABLED 12/10/24) Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for the acceptance of the Reimagine Public Safety Act Violence Prevention grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $639,500. No matching funds required.
