The Illinois College women's tennis team faced a 7-0 defeat against Truman State University on Sunday at the Bellatti Tennis Center in Jacksonville, Illinois.
The Lady Blues managed a win at No. 2 doubles, with Michelle Maag and Lily Ingram defeating their opponents. However, Truman State triumphed in the remaining doubles matches to secure the doubles point.
The Bulldogs dominated the singles matches, winning all six in straight sets to seal their victory.
Looking ahead, Illinois College will host Southwestern Illinois College at the Bellatti Tennis Complex. The match is set for Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
