Approval of the Minutes from June 24th 

New Business 

      Heartland Housed-Josh Sabo 

      LLWA-Michelle Griebler 

            1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the PY25 Supplemental State Grant from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the amount of $199,913. This is a new grant with no matching funds. 

      Community Resources-Dave MacDonna 

            1. Approval to hire a replacement CSBG Intake Clerk at an annual salary range of $37,454-$46,817 effective 8/13/25; the previous employee left the position on 9/20/24 at an annual salary of $33,171 and left the payroll on 9/27/24.

            2. Approval to change position from Grade 4 to Grade 6. Approval to adjust salary for Misty Woods, Liheap Coordinator effective 7/23/25. Her salary will change from $49,879.33 to $55,000 and her title will be Liheap/Furnance Coordinator.

            3. Pre-Travel Approval for Dave MacDonna, Executive Director, to attend the Annual CAAs Conference and CCAP Ceremony in Detroit, MI from 8/27-8/29/25 in the amount of $2,546.69.
