Coroner's Office: 

1. Approval to adjust salary for James Robinson, Lead Death Investigator, effective 9/24/25. His salary will change from 66,622.73 to $71,622.73. His grade will change from 13 to 15. 

Sheriff's Office: 

1. Pre-Travel Approval for Academy Director Brad Clark to instruct at the Basic Correctional Officer Academy at the Macon County Law Enforcement Training Center in Decatur, IL from 9/28-11/21/25 in the amount of $1,310. 

2. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Huy Nguyen to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy at the Macon County Law Enforcement Training Center in Decatur, IL from 9/28-11/21/25 in the amount of $6,380. 

3. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Zac Owens to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy at the Macon County Law Enforcement Training Center in Decatur, IL from 9/28-11/21/25 in the amount of $6,380. 

4. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Chris Woolsey to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy at the Macon County Law Enforcement Training Center in Decatur, IL from 9/28-11/21/25 in the amount of $6,380. 

5. Pre-Travel Approval for Lieutenant Travis Dalby to attend the Command, Control & Leadership Course in Mattoon, IL from 9/15-9/17 in the amount of $1,011.70. 

6. Pre-Travel Approval for Sergeant Will Brooks to attend the Command, Control & Leadership Course in Mattoon, IL from 9/15-9/17 in the amount of $1,401.70. 

7. Changed Purchase Order-Unmanned Vehicle Technologies for two drones in the amount of $4,916. (original po was $2,458.30) 

8. Purchase Order-J & N Tactical for steel ram and tactical entry tool in the amount of $8,675. 

9. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/24/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/22/24 at an annual salary of $44,256 and left the payroll on 2/2/24. 

10.Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/24/25; the previous employee left the position on 8/29/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll on 9/13/24. 

11. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/24/25; the previous employee was promoted on 11/12/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $60,497. 

12. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/24/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/28/25 at an annual salary of $44,256 and left the payroll on 2/14/25. 

13. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/24/25; the previous employee left the position on 8/5/25 at an annual salary of $46,938 and left the payroll on 8/15/25. 

14. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 10/13/25; the previous employee left the position on 9/1/25 at an annual salary of $51,304 and left the payroll on 9/12/25. 

15. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 9/29/25; the previous employee left the position on 8/15/25 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll on 8/29/25. 

16. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $62,103.75-$64,845.04 effective 9/29/25; the previous employee left the position on 8/13/25 at an annual salary of $62,103.75 and left the payroll on 8/29/25.
