Approval of the Minutes from September 4th 

New Business/Department Updates: 

Court Administration – Suzann Maxheimer 

1.  Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the FFY2025 State Court Improvement Program from the Administrative Office of Illinois Courts for the Child Protection Data Courts Grant in the amount of $20,140. 

Public Defender's Office – Craig Reiser 

Circuit Clerk - Joe Roesch/Erin Tozer/Ande Kirkland 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant Manager - Criminal Division at an annual salary of $41,926.54/21.5008 effective 10/26/25; the previous employee left the position on 9/12/25 at an annual salary of $41,926.54/21.5008 and left the payroll on 9/26/25. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk- Court Clerk Division at an annual salary of $38,369.36/19.6766 effective 10/26/25; the previous employee will be promoted effective 10/26/25 and will leave the position at an annual salary of $38,369.36/19.6766. 

3. Purchase Order-Hapi Holdings, LLC for 2026 case files and labels in the amount of $6,132.38. 

4. Purchase Order-Visa/Illinois National Bank for LiveChat subscription renewal in the amount of $3,936. 

5. Purchase Order-Real Vision Software Inc for annual software support renewal in the amount of $7,100. 

6. Pre-Travel Approval for Joe Roesch, Circuit Clerk, to attend the Grayson jury trial in Peoria, IL from 10/19-10/21/25 in the amount of $838.26.

State's Attorney – John Milhiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State's Attorney at an annual salary range of up to a Level 3 $79,005-95,843 effective on or after 10/26/25; the previous employee left the position on 9/12/25 at an annual salary of $90,000 and left the payroll on 9/26/25. 

Court Services - Kent Holsopple 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Administrative Support Professional at an annual salary of $36,678 effective 11/17/25; the previous employee will be promoted on 10/13/25 and will leave the position at an annual salary of $36,678. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 11/17/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 10/31/25 at an annual salary of $50,886 and will leave the payroll on 11/7/25. Request to waive the 30 day lag as this position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois.
