3. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II-Clinic at an annual salary of $42,698.54 effective 10/26/25; the previous employee left the position on 9/18/25 at an annual salary of $42,698.54 and left the payroll on 9/26/25.  

4. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-WIC/FCM at an annual salary of $64,000 effective 10/15/2025; the previous employee left the position on 2/15/23 at an annual salary of $56,576.85 and left the payroll on 3/3/23. 

5. Approval to adjust salary for Jen Withers, Director of Clinic & Medical Services effective 10/15/25; her salary will change from $86,507.27 to $90,832.64.
