The party caucuses of the Sangamon County Board will be meeting on April 5 following the Illinois primary elections.
During this meeting, the caucuses will be discussing the County Board agenda that is scheduled for the same day. This meeting will also be focused on the review of new appointments and nominations that resulted from the primary elections.
This meeting will also consist of the review and voting to approve the meeting minutes from its meeting that took place on March 8.
Both Republican and Democrat caucuses are scheduled to meet at the same time, the county website states. The Republicans meet in the County Board’s Conference Room and Democrats meet in the Coroner’s Conference Room.
This set of meetings is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
