Lincoln home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Lincoln rose by $8,975 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,975 - a 16.3% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lincoln in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,814, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
