CALL TO ORDER
President Bryzgalski called the meeting to order at 0803 hours.

SECRETARY’S REPORT
Motion by Chuck Crudele to approve August 13, 2019 pension minutes as presented, se‐ conded by Kevin Sheehan and carried unanimously by voice vote. 3/0.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Lou Cipparrone reviewed the Fire Pension Fund Activity as of September 30, 2019. COPY ATTACHED.
Richard and Jessie Barrett from Wells Fargo Advisors reviewed the Pension Fire Investment Portfolio for the Board, discussion followed. COPY ATTACHED.
OLD BUSINESS
Chief Vavra submitted his physician statement that was needed for his application to the fund. This fulfills the application complete.
Financial Advisor, The Board has agreed to hold off on the process with the recent news coming from the Governors Office regarding a move to consolidate all of the Downstate
Police and Fire Pension Funds to 2 separate funds similar to the IMRF model. Discussion followed and to see what comes out of the Fall Veto session.
BUSINESS
Todd A. Schroeder from Lauterbach and Amen reviewed the Actuary Valuation report and the GASB 67/68 report as of May 1, 2019. Discussion followed. COPIES ATTACHED.
Tax Levy for 2019
Motion by Bill Bryzgalski to accept the Tax Levy contribution request for the 2019 in the amount of $1,269,662 as submitted in the report, second by Chuck Crudele, carried unanimously by voice vote. 3/0 President Bryzgalski will provide a letter requesting Tax Levy amount to the Village.
Payment of Invoices
Motion by Chuck Crudele to approve payment of invoices for Attorney retainer fees for the 3rd and 4th quarter for Cary Collins, each quarter at $300.00. Second by Kevin Sheehan and carried unanimously by voice vote. 3/0
Application for Retirement Benefits from Acting Captain/Lieutenant Brian Sible effective September 12, 2019. Brian Sible completed 26 years and 10 months of creditable service and a monthly benefit of $6,141.11 and a annual salary of $73,693.26. Motion to grant the retirement benefits as submitted and verified by the Finance Department by William Bryzgalski, second by Chuck Crudele. Carried unanimously by a voice vote. 3/0
