The Illinois College men's tennis team was defeated by Quincy University in a dual meet held at Reservoir Park. The final score was 7-0 in favor of Quincy.
Quincy took an early lead by winning all doubles matches to secure a 1-0 advantage. In singles play, Quincy continued their dominance by winning all six matches. Grayson Dupre of Illinois College stood out by winning three games at the No. 5 position.
Illinois College's next match will be against Kaskaskia in Centralia, Illinois. The competition is set to commence at noon on Saturday.
