State Representative Wayne Rosenthal (IL) | Representative Wayne A Rosenthal (R) 108th District
Rep. Wayne Rosenthal welcomed Gabbi Lazar from Sherman, Illinois, as his Page-for-a-Day on Thursday. Gabbi has been participating as an "End of Session" Page regularly for five years. She previously served twice with former State Rep. Tim Butler and three times with Rep. Rosenthal.
"I think Gabbi may hold the record for serving as a Page and will probably someday be Speaker of the House," said Rep. Rosenthal. "I'm sure her mom who works in LIS at the Capitol has a huge influence on Gabbi's interest in the General Assembly."
Gabbi is a student at Williamsville Junior High School and is involved in Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Choir. She also participates in Track and the Sherman Area Youth Soccer Association.
