Public Health Update 

1. Acceptance of Purchase Reports 

2. Environmental Health Division-Farmers Market Permitting/Inspecting 

3. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Early Intervention Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $1,306,867.11. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required. 

4. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program Grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $240,283. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required. 

5. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Oral Health Promotion Grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $13,875. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required. 

6. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the WIC Farmers Market from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $1,800. This is a renewal grant. Matching funds not required. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-Clinic at an annual salary of up to $66,837 effective 6/23/25; the previous employee left the position on 5/9/25 at an annual salary of $62,069.48 and left the payroll on 5/23/25.
