The Illinois College Rocket League team was defeated by Saint Ambrose University in a Midwest Esports Conference matchup on September 29. The Blueboys lost all four games in the series, with final scores of 6–0, 7–1, 9–1, and 3–0.
Despite the outcome, several Illinois College players posted notable performances. Lucas Barry led the team with 21 saves and five assists. Dwight Duijneveld and Glenn Conway each scored three goals and made 15 saves.
Illinois College will play its next Rocket League match against the University of Illinois on Wednesday, October 1 at 8:30 p.m.
