Democratic David Reid's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect David Reid, spent $7,578 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Reid's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Rianne Hawkins in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Reid's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
