How did April Troemper spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Non partisan April Troemper's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge April Troemper, spent $10,656 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Troemper's committee spent the most on telephone polling in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,950) going to Victory Enterprises in Davenport. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Troemper's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
