How did April Troemper spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Non partisan April Troemper's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge April Troemper, spent $27,183 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Troemper's committee spent the most on television advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($13,397) going to Victory Enterprises in Davenport. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Troemper's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
