How did David Reid spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic David Reid's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect David Reid, spent $177,764 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Reid's committee spent the most on media expenses in the quarter, with 60.9% of this total ($53,571) going to Wics in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Reid's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
