Purchase Order No. 2019-021 -QuickSilver for the daily pickup of our vote by mail ballots, sealing the envelopes, postage expense & delivery to the Post Office for the 2020 Primary & General elections at a cost of $23,340. 2. Purchase Order No. 2019-022-Election Systems and Software for purchase of M100 tabulator replacement batteries at a cost of $4,597.50.
