The Board of Education Special meeting was called to order by President Paul Copeland at 7:01 p.m. with the following members present:
Copeland Shackleton
Martin (video) Waterman (video)
Member(s) absent: Chaundy, Galloway, Smith
Motion made by Matt Shackleton, seconded by Fern Martin, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion made by Matt Shackleton, seconded by Fern Martin, to adopt resolution of intent to issue $1,000,000
Working Cash Fund Bonds to increase the District’s working cash fund. Roll call vote:
Copeland yea Shackleton yea
Martin yea Waterman yea
Motion carried.
Tim King was present to discuss the bond.
Motion made by Fern Martin, seconded by Matt Shackleton, to adjourn the meeting at 7:21 p.m. Motion carried.
