Due to the State of Illinois Phase 4 of the Coronavirus Covid-19 Precautions the City of Lincoln Council will need to continue setting 6' apart in conducting a Council Meeting. If you would like to participate in public participation you may come to City Hall znd Floor and remain in the hall way until you are called upon. Once you speak you will be asked to leave the meeting.
