Public Health - Gail O'Neill/Toni Perry Public Health Update 

1. Acceptance of Purchase Reports 

2. MGT Presentation on Animal Control Report 

3. Resolution Approval for a Nurse-Family Partnership with SIU School of Medicine 

4. Approval to Hire a Registered Dietician at an annual salary of $50,605.83 effective 3/8/22. The previous employee's termination date was 1/18/22 and last paycheck date was 2/4/22.

 5. Approval to Hire a Health Educator at an annual salary of $44,490.05 effective 3/18/22. 

The previous employee's termination date was 2/7/22 and last paycheck date was 2/18/22. 

6. Approval to Hire a Certified Medical Assistant at an annual salary of up to $34,664 effective 3/8/22. Changing this position number to a CMA, instead of a Clerk Typist. (originally approved in 2019) 

7. Approval to Hire an RN/Case Manager-IBCCP at an annual salary of $54,400.82 effective 3/18/22. The previous employee was transferred within the department to a new RN position. 

8. Approval to Hire a Supervisor-Early Intervention at an annual salary of up to $67,961 effective 3/18/22. The previous employee's termination date was 1/31/22 and last paycheck date was 2/18/22. 

9. Approval to Hire an IBCCP Community Navigator at an annual salary of up to $45,766 effective 3/28/22. The previous employee was promoted to a new position effective 2/28/22.

10. Approval of a new grant (w/ County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Covid-19 Response Grant (Sangamon) in the amount of $575,000. No matching funds required. 

11. Approval of a new grant (w/ County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Covid-19 Response Grant (Menard) in the amount of $125,000. No matching funds required. 

12. Approval of a new grant (w/ County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Covid-19 Crisis Grant 22-23 (Sangamon) in the amount of $310,441. No matching funds required but new staff will be hired. 

13. Approval of a new grant (w/ County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Covid-19 Crisis Grant 22-23 (Menard) in the amount of $62,515. No matching funds required but new staff will be hired. 14. Resolution to amend Sangamon County Code Section 6.04.102

Procurement/Grant Notifications- (report only) Emergency PO approval-Walt Willis, Host Fee Analysis Service Contract in the amount of $8,250, approved by Brian McFadden
